  1. Sad to say this was the worst spa experience I’ve been to. I came for a birthday celebration. The massage therapist was the worst I’ve had. I felt so uncomfortable and could not relax. His fingernails were long I could feel them scratching me and he was kept talking even though I was trying to be short in conversation so that I could relax. He just did not seem on his game with little things like forgetting to put a towel over my eyes or doing different things for each side. I could not wait for it to be done. At the end I had gone to the front desk to express how I felt, with tears in my eyes. The front desk staff did not do anything just said that I could leave a lower tip. I had asked for the champagne glass that was supposed to come with the massage and then she brought one out, so I am assuming if I did not ask I would not have gotten one. Contrary to other resorts, if you are not staying there you can only use the spa pool. It is very small and nothing special. The best part was the amenities within the dressing rooms.

  2. Always love a day at the Princess. I had the most Amazing massage from Jeanne, highly recommend!! Will be back often:)

  3. Best massage of my life by a country mile – Jeanne is amazing and I can’t wait to go back. I’ve been to high-end spas, but the massage here was far superior to others; Jeanne pampered me for every one of my 60 minutes. The spa itself is beautiful and amenity rich; it is exactly as advertised, and the online photos are accurate. I ordered a Spicy Tuna bowl by the pool and it was excellent. My only critical feedback is that there isn’t a truly quiet place to relax or meditate. There is a small lounge area inside but it’s intended as a waiting room for a few minutes before your treatment and only has 4 reclining seats (all of which were occupied every time I walked by). Overall a great massage and a beautiful facility; recommend, especially with a Groupon or other discount.

  4. This is my favorite spa in a AZ. I’ve been here twice already. The facilities are fabulous. I go there early to attend the fitness classes, which include air yoga and strength training. They serve a delicious , healthy lunch on the rooftop pool. I recommend ordering on the early side as it takes ~30 minutes to get your order. The eucalyptus steam room and lavender aromatherapy rooms really help detox my seasonal allergies. I got a facial and my therapist was awesome. She recommended several products (and foods to avoid eating) based on my skin type. I love the products I ended up buying as well. Highly, highly worth the annual splurge for a well-being day.
